摘要
针对目前大学教学中较为广泛应用的材料杨氏弹性模量测量方法和测量结果准确性方面存在的问题,对位置敏感探测器(PSD)的光电响应特性进行了系统的分析与研究,并利用此响应特征,基于杨氏弹性模量静态测量方法与原理,设计了两次复式光放大的新型传感方式,应用PSD作为微量位移测量的传感器,在小空间内实现了微测量放大的作用,使杨氏弹性模量测量结果的精度提高了1个数量级。
Considering for the shortage in the measuring results and methods of Young' s modulus that are abroad- applied in college education. First ,the responses characters of PSD are systematically studied, in addition, a new sensor of two-amplificatory is designed based on the responses characters of PSD and static measuring method of Young' s modulus,in which a PSD is used for measuring micro-displacement,so that amplification is finished in a small work place, at last, the precision of measuring results can improve one order of magnitude.
