摘要
动态称重装置是安装在装载机上用于实时自动测量装载机装载货物重量的仪器。提高称重测量精度是装载机自动测重装置设计过程中的一个重要环节。在硬件设备基础上,分析了在装载机自动测重过程中的各种误差源,并提出消元法及改进性Akima插值等算法修正各种误差,解决了多年来存在于装载机动态称重系统中的瓶颈问题,使系统称重精度达1%,并建立了一套简捷可行的现场调试方法。实际应用表明:本装置具有集成度高,测量精度和可靠性高等特点。
An automatic weighing instrument is developed, which can automatically and immediately calculate the weight of material in bucket of a loader. Improving weighing accuracy plays an important role in designing automatic weighing instrument based on the hardware. Therefore, kinds of factors causing errors are discussed, and then elimination method, improved Akima interpolation and other related solving methods are presented. The choke points of the loader' s weighing system have been solved, and the weighing accuracy is up to 1%. Moreover, a simple and feasible debugging method which fits the fieldwork of debugging is put forward. In real operation, it is show that the automatic weighing instrument has some good performances, such as high integration, high weighing accuracy and high reliability.
