摘要 介绍了重型车辆联合制动控制系统组成及原理,研究了重型车辆联合制动液压控制系统的控制特性。在MATLAB/Simulink环境下,针对液压系统中存在的非线性环节,建立了阀芯的非线性模型,并给出了仿真结果。从仿真结果与试验数据比较来看,控制达到了较为理想的效果。分析表明,阀的非线性及液压缸特性是影响液压系统动态输出的一个重要因素。 The structure and principle about combine brake control system of heavy vehicle were introduced, the control characteristic and system characteristic for hydraulic control system were researched. In MATLAB/Simulink circumstance, the non-linear model about the control component and system was built, the results of simulation were given. The control effect is ideal comparing simulation results with the experiment data. The analysis shows that non-linear of valve and the characteristic of hydraulic cylinder are important factor to the hydraulic system dyamic export.
