摘要
介绍了现代项目集成管理的概念,运用WBS方法结合具体工程介绍了工期集成计划的制定、控制与应用效果,提出了工期控制中的方法和应注意的问题。
A modern project integrated management concept was introduced. Using Work Breakdown Structure and considering a particular project, the draft of integrated plan for project progress schedule and its control and application result is presented. And methodology to limit project progress schedule and problems to be noticed were put forward.
