At first, the relation between the spot price and the margin price is indicated by spot price theory. Then unified margin pricing mode is analyzed. Finally, the paper points out the relation between unified margin pricing and equal consumed energy ratio through spot pricing. It is indicated the theory has connection with the unified margin pricing theory.
