Analysis on the Development of Aquatic Product Processing Industry in Hubei Province

湖北省淡水资源丰富,水产品加工业发展却与之不相适应。文章在介绍湖北省渔业资源和水产品加工业现状的基础上,结合国际水产加工业的发展趋势,分析了湖北省水产资源利用和加工业存在的问题,并针对性地提出了解决问题的对策和思路。

A freshwater resource is rich in Hubei Province, but the development of aquatic product processing industry is unsuitable for it. This paper introduced the current situtation of fishery resources and aquatic product processing industry in Hubei Province, and combining the development trend of international aquaculture industry, analyzed the problems in the use of marine resources and processing industry in Hubei Province, and put forward the countermeasures and ideas.
