基于主分量方法对宁德水环境现状评价

Assessing the present situation of surface water environment in Ningde,Fujian based on principal components

在分析宁德市区地表水状况的基础上,对地表水进行了评价。评价结果表明:宁德市地表水以工业和城市生活污染为主,以城市内河污染较严重。按照生态可持续发展的要求,从加强城市污水处理建设、实行科学决策和发展生态农业等方面,提出了宁德市地表水环境保护对策。

Based on the present situation of surface water environment in Ningde, Fujian, the water quality situation of Ningde city proper is systematically assessed and analyzed. It is found that industrial and domestic sources are the major type of polluting sources and the inner waters are heavily polluted. In accordance with the demand of ecological sustainable development, countermeasures for protecting the surface water environment are put forward, which are aimed to strengthen the sludge treatment, improve decision-making and upgrade eco-agficulture.
