摘要
利用Nd:YVO4晶体微片的两个端面与输出镜构成一个复合腔,实现LD泵浦的Nd:YVO4激光器的单频运转,在190mW的泵浦功率下。
Single-frequency operation has been obtained by two coupled resonators which were formed by the two faces of a very short Nd:YVO 4 laser crystal and an output coupling mirror. Output power of 70mW with a single_freuency was obtained from a diode_laser_pumped Nd:YVO 4 laser under a pumping power of 190mW
