清洁化制革研究的进展与所面临的困难

The Current Situation and Difficult of the Clean Production of Leather-making

就目前制革实施过程中的准备工段、染整工段以及涂饰工段中的存在的严重的污染问题以及清洁化制革实施过程中可能采取的新的方法进行了探讨,提出清洁化是我国制革行业的必由之路,研究出相应新型、高吸收、少污染的化工材料及配套工艺技术使工艺达到平衡,最终实现制革行业的清洁化,使皮革行业能够可持续发展。

The heavy pollution of beam-house, dying, re-tanning, fat-liquoring process ana finishing process during the leather-making and the new methods, the faced questions in the clear leather making were discussed in this paper. The clear production is the only road of leather-making. The researchers will study the new-type, high absorbable, low pollutive chemical materials and relative formulations and realize operation steadily, then the processes will be linked as a whole and maken the processes balance. At last clean leather-making would be realized. Thus the environment would be protected and the sustainable development of leather industry would be realized.
