子宫内膜异位症患者腹水中TNF-α、TNF-β的测定

摘要 目的:了解子宫内膜异位症(内异症)患者腹水中肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和肿瘤坏死因子-β(TNF-β)的水平。方法:应用ELISA法,检测42例内异症患者(Ⅰ-Ⅱ期22例、Ⅲ-Ⅳ期20例)腹水TNF-α、TNF-β的浓度,并与对照组40例非内异症患者进行比较,分析TNF-α、TNF-β的浓度与内异症的相关性。结果:内异症组患者腹水中TNF-α、TNF-β的浓度明显高于对照组(P〈0.01和P〈0.01),特别是Ⅲ、Ⅳ期比Ⅰ、Ⅱ期增高更明显(P〈0.01),且两者的浓度呈正相关,相关系数为0.963。结论:内异症患者腹水中TNF-α、TNF-β明显增高,且与疾病严重程度相关。 Objective: To observe the levels of tumor necrosis factor - alpha ( TNF - α) and tumor necrosis factor - beta (TNF - β) in peritoneal fluid of patients with endometriosis. Methods: The concentrations of TNF - α and TNF - β in peritoneal fluid were measured by ELISA in 42 patients with endometriosis (22 with stage Ⅰ - Ⅱ and 22 with stage Ⅲ - Ⅳ ) and 40 women without endometriosis. Results. The concentrations of TNF - α and TNF - β in endometriosis group were significantly higher than those in control group (P 〈0. 01 ). The levels of TNF - α and TNF - β in stage Ⅲand Ⅳ were significantly higher than those in stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ (P 〈0. 01 ). Moreover, a positive correlation was found between the TNF - α and TNF - β levels. Conclusion : Levels of TNF - α and TNF - β is not only, improved in endometriosis but also correlated with severity of disease, and they may be related factors inducing endometriosis.
