类胡萝卜素产生菌紫色非硫菌1S—10的培养优化条件研究

对一株类胡萝卜素产生菌紫色非硫菌１Ｓ—１０的培养条件进行了优化．结果表明：培养基中的碳源、氮源、培养温度、光照度等对该菌生物量和类胡萝卜素含量均有影响．在确定的优化条件下，细胞生物量为２８７ｇ／Ｌ培养基，类胡萝卜素含量为４８．

A Strain of nonsulfur purple bacteria 1S_10 that contains high content of carotenoids, is experimented under the optimum culture conditions. The results show that carbon source、nitrogen source in the medium, culture temperture and luminosity etc have obvious effect on the biomass and carotenoid content. Under the optimum conditions, which the biomass is 2.87g/L , the yield of carotenoid is 48.56mg/g dry mycelium.
