摘要
不同剂量的紫外线(UV)照射金鱼亲鱼和受精卵,对亲鱼的产卵和受精卵的孵化有非常显著的影响.给亲鱼补以适量的紫外线可使金鱼产卵时间提前、产卵量增加.10″~70″不同剂量的紫外线照射受精卵可以显著缩短孵化时间,提高孵化率,但由于50″及以上剂量的照射出现畸形鱼,说明此剂量已偏大。
The different irradiation doses of UV on the parent of gold fish and its fertilized eggs, has a distinct effect on their reproductivity and the hatching of the fertilized eggs. Supplement of a reasonable irradiation dose of UV, could promote the parent fish laying more eggs and earliers; Under irradiation with different doses from 10~70″, the fertilized eggs could shorten the hatching period and increase the efficiency of hatching. Using the UV's irradiation dose over 50″, there will be a certain number of abnormal fish,, which were overdosed. So the doses between 10″ to 40″ is reasonable.
