摘要
在飞机维修中可能会因为施工不当,在增压机身蒙皮上留下一些划痕线,这个问题正在引起飞机制造商和维修公司的重视。根据蒙皮划痕线的性质和受力特点,采用ANSYS软件计算了划痕缺口的最大应力,并用局部应力应变法估算了循环载荷下构件的疲劳寿命,系统分析了不同程度的划痕线对机身增压蒙皮结构完整性的影响,并得到了一些有意义的结论。
The scratched lines on the pressurized fuselage skin due to improper aircraft maintenance measure,are being paid more and more attention of aircraft manufactures and MROs. The maximum stress around the scratched notch is calculated using ANSYS software based analysis of the scratched line characteristic,and the fatigue life is estimated utilizing the local stress-strain method. The effects of different scratched lines on the integrity of pressurized fuselage skin are analyzed ,and some significant results which may be useful in engineering are putted forward.
