摘要
本文介绍一种以单片机为控制器的柴油机全电子调速器,论述了全电子调速器各组成部分的工作原理和实现方法,建立了采用PID调节器的柴油机全电子调速系统的数学模型,结合计算机数字控制的特点对PID调节器进行优化设计,并对系统的动态特性进行数字仿真,介绍了柴油机全电子调速系统的试验研究工作。
A microcomputer controlled full electronic governor of diesel engines is introduced in this paper.Its working principle and realization are described in detail. The mathematic model of the electronic speed adjusting system is established, and the dynamic characteristics of that is simulated.The speed adjusting test shows that it is practical to control the speed of diesel engins with digital regulator.
