对塔里木河流域综合规划的思考

Consideration on comprehensive planning of Tarim River Basin

新疆塔里木河流域生态环境的演变,引起了国内外的高度关注,如何能长期持久使塔里木河流域的社会经济、生态环境可持续的向着良性循环方向发展,一直是人们研究和探讨的课题。为此,对塔里木河流域综合规划发表一些意见供参考。

At present, the evolvement of the eco-environment of Tarim River Basin in Xinjiang Uygür Autonomous Region draws great attentions at home and abroad, and then how to ensure the social economy and eco-environment of the basin to develop in a direction of virtuous cycle sustainablly is just an important subject being studied and discussed all along. Therefore, some ideas on the planning of Tarim River Basin are put forward herein for reference.
