摘要
目的:在裸鼠体内建立人卵巢癌定向淋巴道转移动物模型。方法:将卵巢癌细胞株SKOV3移植于裸鼠爪垫下,待裸鼠卵巢癌发生转移时,取其淋巴结转移灶癌细胞再次移植裸鼠爪垫下传代,反复传3代。结果:SKOV3卵巢癌细胞在裸鼠体内传3代后,各代裸鼠的淋巴结转移率一直稳定,且转移途径较为单一;各代癌细胞的体内外增殖能力不断增强。结论:成功建立了人卵巢癌定向高淋巴道转移模型。
Objective:To establish a model of ovarian carcinoma with directional highly lymphatic metastasis in nude mice. Methods: The clone cells SKOV3 of ovarian carcinoma were inoculated into nude mice. The cancer cells of lymph node metastatic foci were transplanted into nude mice again when the metastasis of nude mice were observed. After repetition of this procedure for 3 cycles,the metastatic rate and paths were observed in nude mice of every passage. Results:The lymphatic metastatic rates were stable. The metastatic paths were single, the proliferation ability was increased in cancer cells of every passage in vivo and vitro after passaging cancer cells of lymphatic metastatic foci for 3 cycles in nude mice. Conclusion: The model of ovarian carcinoma with spontaneous highly lymphatic metastasis has been established in nude mice.
