摘要 小动物PET成像较临床PET成像,对空间分辨率和灵敏度提出了更高的要求,进而促进了PET探测器的研究和开发。综述了小动物PET扫描仪使用的探测器的发展状况,比较了几款当代典型小动物PET扫描仪的性能,同时介绍了为解决探测器视差问题而不断发展的测量相互作用深度的探测器设计技术。 In comparison with the clinical PET scanner, PET scanner for small animals puts forward a higher demand in spacial resolution and sensitivity. This article describes the development of the PET scanner for small animals and compares the characteristics of several kinds of contemporary typical PET scanners for small animals in different aspects based on the development of detectors. Meanwhile, it also introduces the development of the detectors designed for measuring depth of interaction (DTC) to reduce parallax error.
