介绍了120急救指挥中心的结构、计算机电话一体化和卫星定位系统、地理信息系统以及无线通讯系统的功能,分析了CTI和3G技术在120急救指挥中心的实际应用和取得的成效。
Multiple scientific technologies are used in modem 120 emergency command center. This paper introduces the frame of 120 emergency command center and the functions of CTI and 3G technology,and analyzes the practical application and effects of CTI and 3G in modem 120 emergency command center.
