改性PbCrO_4湿敏电阻温度特性研究

摘要 用V2O5对体控制型PbCrO4湿敏材料进行改性.实验表明,当PbCrO4与V2O5的摩尔比为恰当比例时,在温度为40~80℃相对湿度为30%~90%RH的范围内,材料的湿阻特性几乎与温度无关。 Different amounts of V 2O 5 have been used to modify the characteristics of body-controlled PbCrO 4 humidity-sensing ceramics. Experimental results show that the humidity sensitivity in the relative humidity of 30%-90%RH is almost independent on temperature from 40 to 80℃ which is abtained in the element with PbCrO 4-0.3 V 2O 5 material. The results also suggest that further improvement of temperature independency of humidity be expected by controlling the molar ratio of PbCrO3 4 and V 2O 5.
