从经济学视角即知识产权经济人手，从知识产权经济已引起国际上的重视，知识产权的经济学模型，知识产权与全球化直接投资趋势等方面对知识产权保护的有关问题进行分析。
The intellectual property is closely associated with economy, which is reflected from its basis, utility and commodity ＆ value attributes. The article analyzes the relevant problems of Intellectual Property from economic view.
