摘要
在对Dong-Gil的从实施顾问到关键用户ERP知识转移的实证研究进行深入分析的基础上,构建ERP知识转移影响因素模型,从所转移知识特征、知识源特征、知识接收方特征和转移情境特征四大构面十大因素进行分析,通过对14家企业的现场访谈研究和31个ERP实施项目的调查问卷研究,结合方差分析和层次回归方法对数据进行分析,与Dong-Gil的研究形成对比研究,以探讨中国企业ERP实施情境下实施顾问到关键用户的ERP知识转移影响因素。
Based on the clearly definition of ERP implementation and prior knowledge transfer theory, especially carefully reviewed Dong - Gil' s thesis on determinations of knowledge transfer in ERP implementation, the paper constructed factors affecting ERP knowledge transfer model. The paper analyzes from four constructs: the characteristic of knowledge to be transferred, the characteristic of source, the characteristic of recipient, and the characteristic of transfer context. With field interview with fourteen corperations and questionnaires from thirty one ERP implementation projects, the paper analyzes data with ANOVA and hierarchical multiple regression in spss 13.0. In contrast with Dong - Gil' s study, the paper tries to find out the differences in factors affecting ERP knowledge trasnfer in China corporations' ERP implementation context.
