精神病专科医院门诊西药房退药情况分析

Causes of drug return in outpatient dispensary for western medicine in special hospital for psychinosis

目的：总结临床用药经验，提高医院药学服务质量。方法：对我院2004年1月-2006年12月之间门诊药房发生患者退换药现象进行总结分析。结果：退换药占总处方数的0．2％。其原因分别为出现药品不良反应、划价错误、不合理用药、拒绝用药、开错医嘱、超范围用药、大处方、病情变化、死亡等。结论：查找退换药的原因，提出改进措施，督促临床合理用药，有利于提高服务质量，构建和谐医患关系。

Objective： To gather clinical experience for chug use and improve medical service quality. Methods： Meta- analysis was performed on data with regard to patients＇ drug return in outpatient dispensary for western medicine between Jan,2004 and Dec,2006 in our hospital. Results： Finding out the causes of drug return by analyzing its＇ incidence in the past two years, the taking some related. Measures to promote rational drug use after that, attracting attention on medicical service, and setting up the harmonious relationship between physicians and patients.
