火电厂吹灰控制器的设计及其上位机模型研究

摘要 针对火电厂吹灰器设备普遍存在的手动控制难度大、精度低的问题,设计了控制系统。该控制系统通过可编程控制器PLC实现对现场吹灰器的有效控制。该控制系统上位机以新型组态软件PineCAD为编程平台,根据吹灰器实际控制特点即吹灰组的顺序控制方式、综合互锁保护线路以及故障报警等方面要求进行设计。介绍了用于调试、测验控制器性能设计的上位机吹灰器模型。通过模型试验,证明了吹灰控制器的可靠实用性,现已投入电厂运行。 The article introduces a control system for solving the problem in ash blowing manual control such as controls with difficulty and low precision. The control system uses programmable logic controller PLC to realize the active control. The design platform is new simulation software PineCAD. The design is according to the characteristic of the ash blowing group control, locks mutually protection and failure alarm. At last, there is a simulation model which is used to test the effect of the controller. Through the model experiment, the controller is proved to be credible and applied and is launch into the power station course.
