摘要
可编程控制器PLC因具有高可靠性、易集中控制性,使其在工业控制中得到广泛应用。设计了一种以三菱FX2N系列PLC为控制核心的桥式起重机控制方式,给出了在各种工作方式下的控制梯形图和程序流程图。结果表明,可使设备达到安全可靠运行,减轻操作人员的劳动强度,提高工作效率,体现了PLC在控制领域的优势。
Programmable logic controller, since it is with high reliability, and easy to make central control, its application is widely used in industrial controls. A bridge type crane control method which takes Mitsubishi FX2N series PLC as control core unit was designed, giving out control trapezoid cliagram and program diagram under various working method. Results show that it enables equipment to reach safety and reliability in operation, to reduce labor strength of the operator to raise working efficiency, showing the advantage of PLC in control field.
