Measure of Improvement of Ir Transparent Electroconductive Films for Liquid Crystal Light Valves(LelV)

针对氧化钢掺铟透明导电膜透过率仅56％的情况，从理论上探讨了改善措施，设计了双层增透膜和三层增透膜，设计了计算机程序，绘制了透过率随波长变化曲线，进行了实验，制备了三层增透膜，绘制了曲线，其在10．6um处透过率达71％。

According to transmittance of ouly 56% in 10.6um, the authors have studiedimprovement methods in terms of theory. The films of adding transmittance of two layers andthree layers have been designed with computer. The plots of transmittance and wavelength ratehave been plotted with computer. The films of adding transmittance of three layers andtransmittance of 71% in 10.6um have been deposited on BaF2 sabstance.
