摘要
实现了异丁醇与85%的甲酸在浓硫酸作用下制备2,2-二甲基丙酸,再经三氯化磷酰化合成2,2-二甲基丙酰氯的工业化生产,提出了纯化酸的新方法,粗酸于低温下析出结晶,经离心分离得到纯度为99%的固体酸,长期放置无颜色变化。其酰化得到的酰氯颜色稳定,且该酰化收率提至87.2%。
A new indtistrial process for the productinn of 2,2-dimethyropiony1 chloridehas been successfully developed. 2,2-Dimethylpropanoic acid (Ⅰ) is first produced by the re-action of isobutanol with 85% formic acid in the presence of concentrated sulfuric acid. 99%Pure Ⅰ crystals that stay colorless for a long tim can be produtal when crude Ⅰ is cooled atlow temperature and then seperated by centrifugation. Colorless 2,2-dimethylpropionyl chlorideis produced by aopation of Ⅰ with PCl3 at 87.2% yield.
