川芎嗪对癫痫大鼠脑组织中ATP酶含量的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的研究川芎嗪(TMP)对实验性癫痫大鼠脑组织中ATP酶含量的影响。方法采用腹腔注射戊四氮(PTZ)诱发大鼠癫痫模型。将Wistar大鼠随机分为3组,即:生理盐水对照组;PTZ致痫组;TMP+PTZ致痫组,用化学比色法分别测定各组大鼠大脑皮层及海马中Na+-K+-ATPase、Ca2+-ATPase和Mg2+-ATPase含量的变化。结果PTZ致痫组与对照组比较大鼠大脑皮层及海马的Na+-K+-ATPase、Ca2+-ATPase和Mg2+-ATPase含量都显著降低,差异具有显著性意义(P<0.05)。TMP+PTZ致痫组与PTZ致痫组比较上述诸酶含量明显升高,差异具有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论TMP能抑制癫痫大鼠脑电痫样波的发放,可能与改善脑内ATP酶的活性有关。 Objective To explore the effects of tetramethylpyrazine on ATPase in brain tissue of epileptic rats. Methods Thirty Wistar rats were selected and randomy elivided into three groups: normal saline control group,model(by pentylenetetrazol)group and model group with treatment of tetramethylpyrazine, each involved ten rats. The cortical and the hippocampal tissues were gathered and homogenized respectively, and ATPase were detected using chemical chromatometry method. Results The levels of Na^+ - K^+ -ATPase, Ca^2+ -AT- Pase and Mg^2+ -ATPase in pentylenetetrazol group were lower than those in normal saline control group (P 〈 0. 05). in treatment (with tetramethylpyrazine) group were higher than those in pentylenetetrazol group (P 〈0. 05). Conclusion Tetramethylpyrazine can inhibit releasing of cerebullar epileptic wave. It maybe have to do with improving ATPase in brain activity .
