摘要
研究了加入MgTiO3的SrTiO3-Bi2O3nTiO2系统的结构和性能的变化规律.研究表明,随MgTiO3量增加,材料的相组成、晶格常数和性能均发生变化.加入的Mg2+和Bi3+在SrTiO3晶格中发生电价补偿置换,使Bi3+的固溶极限显著提高,产生强烈的移峰作用和展宽作用。
This paper studies the changing law of the microstructure and dielectric property of the SrTiO 3 Bi 2O 3· n TiO 2 system in which MgTiO 3 is added. According to our researches, with the increasing of MgTiO 3, the phase components, the crystal lattice constant and the dielectric property change. The added Mg 2+ and Bi 3+ have electrovalence compensation replacement which increases the Solid Solution limit of Bi 3+ in the SrTiO 3 crystal lattice. The Curie peak is moved and widened remarkably, meanwhile the materials temperature character is improved greatly.
