农村公共产品的有效供给在发展农业生产、增加农民收入方面占有重要地位。然而长期以来,我国农村在各类公共产品供给上存在着诸多困境,在一定程度上制约了农村经济的发展。必须对农村公共产品的供给进行有效政策调控和选择,才能使农村公共产品的供给适合农村经济发展的需要并为之服务。

The effective supply of rural public goods holds the important status in developing agricultural production and increasing the income of farmers. However, it has many difficulties on each kind of public goods supply, and these difficulties have restricted rural economy development to some extent. So we should carry on the effective policy to the rural public goods supply, in order to suit for the development of the rural economy.
