Advances in Protein Families for Tolerance of Heavy Metals

摘要 本文主要对抗重金属离子的蛋白质家族研究进展进行了综述,包括离子交换蛋白家族(CAX)、金属结合蛋白家族(MT)、助阳离子扩散蛋白家族(CDF)、ATP结合蛋白家族(ABC)以及细胞壁相关激酶蛋白家族(WAK)等,并简单讨论了这些家族蛋白质的结构、功能及作用机理。 The advances in protein families for tolerance of heavy metals are reviewed in this paper, including calcium exchanger (CAX) family, metallothioneins (MTs) family, cation diffusion facilitator (CDF) family, ATP- binding cassette (ABC) family, wall - associated kinase (WAK) family and etc. The structures, functions and mechanisms of those proteins are discussed simply.
