摘要
针对连铸结晶器中钢液的紊流流动特点,建立了有限元求解这一限定空间射流的三维紊流时均场的方法,用水模拟试验结果验证了文中所用模型和计算方法的可靠性,且对实际工况条件下的板坯连铸结晶器中的三维紊流流动进行了模拟计算.其方法可用于分析各种结晶器液池中的流动特征,并为凝固壳厚度的模拟计算和板坯质量控制奠定了基础.此外。
The finite element approach has been developed to simulate 3 dimensional turbulent flow in the continuous casting mold according to the turbulent flow features of molten metal within the limited space. The mathematical model, handling method described in the present paper have been verified using the measured results from the water modeling experiments. The verified model and method are applied to the real continuous slab casting, and time averaged turbulent flow field and other specific distributions are obtained. The prediction method can be applied to analyze the flow features in the liquid core of the mold, and is useful for the simulation of the solidifying shell thickness and the control of slab quality. Moreover, the paper has pointed out the weakness of the outlet boundary condition in the previous researches done by others.
