生长调节剂对三种壳斗科树种幼苗根系生长影响 被引量:1

摘要 选择宁波地区分布的3种壳斗科树种1年生幼苗,通过不同浓度生长调节剂根施处理,测定并分析了幼苗侧根的数量及其生长量。结果表明:不同浓度生长调节剂处理后3个树种的侧根数量及其生长量均有不同程度的增长,青冈(Cyclobalanopsis glauca)、细叶青冈(Cyclobalanopsis myrsinaefolia)的有效处理为PP3331000mg/L-1500mg/L,苦槠(Castanopsis sclerophylla)的有效处理为PP3331500mg/L+IAA1000mg/L,处理1-2次为宜。3个树种对生长调节剂都较敏感,壳斗科其它树种的激素敏感性有待进一步探讨。 Different consistency phytohormone was applied to the seedling roots of three Fagaceae species distributed in Ningbo area, then the number and incresment of secondary roots were measured and analyzed. The results showed that there was promotion in number and increment of the roots. No more than twice application would be available which for Cyclobalanopsis glauea and Cyelobalanopsis myrsinaefolia was PP3331000mg/L- 1500mg/L, and Castanopsis sclerophylla as the same with PP3331500mg/L + IAA1000mg/L. Three tree species were all sensitive to the growth hormone, and the further research should be carry out in other Fagaeeae species.
