关于高校扩招中的贷款与还贷问题的几点看法

Views on Loan and Loan Return in Enrollment Expansion of Colleges and Universities

本文围绕高校扩招中的贷款与还贷问题作了分析。本文认为,高校在近年扩大招生中,向银行大量贷款扩展校园,以满足教学要求后,当前正处于还贷高峰期,经济压力颇大。进一步分析问题的起因不难发现,这是高校顺应国家扩招要求的结果。而要解决这一问题,既需要国家增加事后财政投入,也需要高校通过多渠道筹集资金。

This article analyzes the problems about loan and loan return in enrollment expansion of colleges and universities. The analysis demonstrates that colleges and universities now is on the peak of loan return, suffering severe eeoriomieal pressure, after loaning massively from bank for meeting the request for teaching in the process of enrollment expansion in recent years. Further, this article concludes that this difficult position results from the enrollment expansion of colleges and university under the government policy, and the ways to solve this problem is that government increases the national finance investment as well as universities expand their finance channels.
