摘要
非制度化的课程与教学变革及其制度化实施方法的矛盾、借鉴东西方思维方式的差异以及东西方变革推进条件的差异等,使当下课程与教学变革出现必然性的模仿创新。鉴于我国的教育现实,我们在给予模仿和创新以适当的宽容与理解的同时,更需要重视变革的精神、变革的自主、管理的创新,从模仿的创新走向超越模仿的创新。
The paradox between non-institutionalized reform of curriculum and teaching and its institutionalized execution, differences of east and west thinking mode when referring, differences of reform's advancing conditions etc., make imitational innovation automatic in today's reform of curriculum and teaching. In view of the reality of China, we give imitation and innovation some proper tolerant and understanding. Simultaneously, we need to value the spirit, the independence of the reform, and the innovation of management, to transcend imitational innovation and walk toward true innovation.
