电滞回线在压电材料研究中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 综述了国外电滞回线在压电材料、铁电材料性能研究以及改性过程中的应用现状。从电滞回线的测试结果中可以得到材料的饱和极化强度(Ps)、剩余极化强度(Pr)以及矫顽电场强度(Ec)等宏观性能参数以及介电常数与电场强度之间的非线性关系等,利用这些结果可对压电材料进行多方面性能研究。
