Fin-Line FET Oscillator

研究了几种场效应管（ＦＥＴ）鳍线振荡器，提出一种稳频电路，建立了电路分析模型和计算公式。

Several fin-line FET osillator have been studied. A new type of fin-line FET oscillator using a dielectric resonator is put fouward in this paper. An analysis mode and a calculation formula are established. Finally, the experimental results are reported.
