摘要
报导液体发酵的灵芝GL8801胞外多糖的提取和结构特性.以溶媒沉淀法提取灵芝胞外多糖,其胞外多糖可分为水溶性和水不溶性两种,均含氮.水溶性多糖由半乳糖、葡萄糖、阿拉伯糖和木糖组成,4种单糖比值为6∶4∶4∶1,水不溶性多糖中的单糖组分则绝大部分为葡萄糖.
This paper reports the extraction and structure of exocellular polysaccharide from Ganoderma lucidum strain GL8801 by liquid fermentation. The exocellular polysaccharide, sediments from media, could be seperated into two parts, i.e. water-soluble and water-insoluble. Both contained N. The water-soluble polysaccharide was composed of galactose, glucose, arabinose and xylose, whose ration was 6∶4∶4∶1. The monoses that made up of water-insoluble polysaccharide were mostly glucose.
