摘要
设Ｈ是有限群Ｇ的幂零Ｈａｌπ－子群，则Ｈ存在正规补的充要条件是（１）ＮＧ（Ｈ）／ＣＧ（Ｈ）是π－群；（２）Ｈ存在中心列。
Suppose that H is a nilpotent Hall π subgroup of a finite group G .Then H has normal complements if and only if (1) N G(H)/C G(H) is a π group; (2) H has a central series of subgroups all weakly closed in H with respect to G .
