摘要
刑事司法腐败问题的产生有着诸多的成因,但制度的缺陷是其最为主要的诱发因素,不从制度上探寻其成因,仅由司法机关进行整改教育是无法从根本上解决问题的。因此,要遏制刑事司法腐败,就必须要有针对性地改革和完善相关制度。
The formation of clriminal judicatory corruption has a loto of causes, but the institutional disfigurement is the most primary factor for that.
