摘要
用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶盘状电泳对吻鱼句和圆筒吻鱼句6种组织(心脏、肝脏、肾脏、晶状体、脑和肌肉)中的8种同工酶(LDH,EST,MDH,ADH,GDH,G6PDH,IDH,AKP)进行了比较研究.结果表明,同工酶谱显示出组织特导性和种属特异性.以它作为遗传标志,能够将亲缘关系很近的这两种鱼区别开来。
The patterns of expression in eight multilocus isozymic systems(LDH,MDH,GDH,ADH,IDH,EST,G 6PDH,AKP) were investigated in six differentiated adult tiss(heart,liver,kidney,eye,brain,muscle)of Rhinogobio typus(Bleeker) and Rhinogobio cylindricus(Güther).Isozymes were resolved by polyacrylamid gel desc electrophoresis.The results show that isozymes in these two fishes exhibit a tissue specific expression and species specific expression.These two closely related species can be distinguished with these isozymes as genetic markers,therefore,It mot only provides some biochemical evidences for morphological classification in the studies on the evolutionary biology of this genus.
