高校校誉是典型的无形资产,但高校对校誉缺乏必要的管理。近年来,与高校有关的科技活动校誉侵权案日益增多。高校应根据校誉具有无形性、排他性、整体性和使用价值等特点,在科技活动中强化校誉的管理。

The prestige of the University and college is a typical immaterial assets, but management of the prestige is almost blank in universities and colleges. At present, the case that the prestige is violated is increasing gradually in the science and tech- nology activity of the university and college. It is very necessary that the prestige management is strengthened basing on its property in the science and technology activity of the university and college.
