规范、成熟的市场机制是在全球化背景下思想文化价值观念的交汇、冲突和深刻转型中完成的。市场机制的规范作用是社会伦理秩序和谐、善美、清明的直接前提,同时也为人们的行为选择留下道德伦理的作用空间。影响和制约市场机制规范作用的伦理要件是市场活动主体的伦理动机,市场运行的主体性、契约性和信用性要求以及道德规则和法治规则的相融互动。
Norm, ripe market mechanism has come into being through economical, political and then ideological culture values crossing, conflict and deep transformation under the globalization background. The function of standardizing of the market mechanism is the direct prerequisite to the harmonious, well-being an3 pure bright ethics orders ;at the same time it leaves sufficient space for the function of the ethics in people's behavior choosing. The key ethic components which influence and restrain market mechanism from working are: ethic motives subject in market activity ; entity, obligation, credibility of market operation; and harmonious inter-dynamics of ethic rules and ethic controls.
