可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1在脑梗死中的临床意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1(sICAM-1)在脑梗死发生、发展中的作用,以指导临床脑梗死病程的判断。方法采用双抗夹心ABC酶联免疫吸附试验动态检测35例急性脑梗死患者血清sICAM-1水平,同时设立30例脑供血不足对照组和30例健康对照组。结果脑梗死患者血清sICAM-1水平在脑梗死发生第1天即明显增高,高于脑供血不足对照组和健康对照组(P<0.01);1~3d呈增高趋势,3~7d呈下降趋势,7~14d又呈增高趋势。不同脑梗死体积组的sICAM-1水平差异无统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论sICAM-1与急性脑梗死密切相关,与脑梗死的发生、发展有一定的联系,可用作监测脑梗死发生及病程进展的辅助指标。 Objective To explore effect of sICAM-1 in occurrence and development of acute cerebral infarction, and to guide the judgement of development of acute cerebral infarction in clinical use. Methods The serum sICAM-1 levels were measured serially with double antibodies sandwich enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELASA) in 35 patients with acute cerebral infarction respectively. The results were compared to those of 30 patients with deficient cerebral blood-supply and 30 normal controls. Results The level of slCAM-1 in patients with acute cerebral in- farction 1 day after onset increased significantly and was significantly higher than that in patients with deficient cerebral blood-supply and normal controls (P〈0.05). The level of slCAM-1 in patients with acute cerebral infarction increased from day 1 after onset to day 3, decreasing from day 3 to day 7 and increasing from day 7 after onset to day 14 again. There was no significant difference of serum slCAM-1 level between patients with large, medium and small cerebral infarction. Conclusion slCAM-1 is closely related to occurrence and development of acute cerebral infarction and may be used as an assisted index to monitor development of acute cerebral infarction.
