摘要 目的探讨不同的抗凝血体外贮存条件对凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)的影响。方法将同一标本分别置于室温(18~25℃)、4℃、-20℃,在不同的时间测不同贮存温度下的PT、APTT,再与初始测定值进行统计学分析。结果标本贮存在-20℃,对PT、APTT测定72h无明显影响;而贮存在室温和4℃经过16~24h,就会使结果产生不同程度的差异。结论血凝试验前的标本预处理是保证结果可信度的关键。 Objective To investigate the effects of different storage temperatures on anticoagulated blood hemagglutination tests, including prothrombin time (PT), and activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT). Methods The same specimens were stored at room temperature (18-25℃), 4℃,-20℃, respectively. PT and APTT were carried out in above specimens at different time-points, and the acquired results were compared with their original values by statistical methods. Results There were no significant effects on PT and APTT in 72 hours storing the plasma at -20℃. However, the temperature influence was noticeable when the specimens were storing at room temperature or 4℃ for 16-24 hours. Conclusion The specimen preconditioning before hemagglutination test is the key to ensure the result accuracy.
