C反应蛋白检测在儿童肺炎支原体感染中的诊断

Differential diagnostic value of C-reactive protein detection in children mycoplasma pneumoniae infection

目的探讨C反应蛋白(CRP)检测在儿童呼吸道感染中对鉴别肺炎支原体(MP)感染的诊断价值。方法选择本院诊治的呼吸道感染患儿146例,经病原菌培养和病原体血清抗体检测,对其进行血清CRP定量分析。结果146例患儿中,MP感染患儿58例,CRP为16.21±12.32mg/L;细菌感染患儿42例,CRP为33.52±18.33mg/L;病毒感染患儿46例,CRP为3.86±4.61mg/L。MP感染组与健康对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),MP感染组与细菌感染组、病毒感染组比较,差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CRP检测可作为儿童MP感染的辅助诊断指标。

Objective To explore the differential diagnostic value of C-reactive protein detection in children mycoplasma pneumoniae （MP） infection. Methods 146 cases of children with respiratory infection were enrolled. The serum pathogenic bacteria culture, pathogenic serum antibodies detection and CRP quantitative assay were carried out. Results In 146 patients, 58 cases of children were infected with MP, with the CRP level （16.21±12.32） mg/L, 42 cases of children were infected with bacteria, （33.52±8.33） mg/L, and 46 cases of children were infected with virus, with the CRP level （3.86±4.61） mg/L. As compared with that of healthy control group, bacterial infection group and virus infection group, the CRP level there existed notable difference in MP infection group （P〈 0.01 or 〈0.05）. Conclusion CRP may be used as an auxiliary diagnostic parameter in children mycoplasma pneumoniae （MP） infection.
