The Exploration of the Wind Speed Frequency Model for the Ocean Area

目前，可以当做风频模型的分布函数很多，但它们都不能准确地描述海洋地区的风频分布规律．根据海洋地区风频分布的特点，在Ｗｅｉｂｕｌ函数的基础上建立起新的风频模型，并给出它的参数估算方法．

Today,there are a lot of functions may be took as the wind speed frequency model ,but none of them can accuratly describe the law of wind speed frequency distribution in the ocean area.According to the characteristics of wind speed frequency distribution in ocean area the new wind speed frequency model build on bases of Weibull function and the method of estimating parameters is given.
