摘要
通过对民办中职学校人力资源现状的分析,针对其存在的问题,提出职业学校人力资源管理的内涵与目标,并相应提出了几点具体措施,以期推进职业学校师资队伍的建设,提升民办学校的办学层次。
Based on the analysis of the present human resource situation in non-govemmental vocational schools and the existing problems, the papers puts forward the intention and objective of the human resource management and several corresponding specific measures so as to promote the faculty building in vocational schools and improve the school-running level of non-govemmental schools.
