兔脑出血模型的建立及其方法比较

摘要 目的建立稳定、可靠、重复性好的兔脑内血肿模型。方法利用兔不抗凝自身血注入脑基底节区形成血肿。通过高磁场强MR序列评价两种注射法(缓慢匀速注射法和快速注射法)的差异。并通过神经功能缺损评分判断血肿对机体的影响。结果MR显示缓慢匀速注射法可形成较稳定、形态规则的血肿,与快速注射法形成血肿大小比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。神经功能评分可见缓慢匀速注射组得分(10.08±3.23)、快速注射组(15.32±2.48),对照组未见明显神经功能异常,前两者差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论利用缓慢匀速注射法、不抗凝自身血注入兔脑基底节区可形成稳定、可靠、重复性好的脑内血肿模型。 Objective To make a reproducible hemorrhage model in rabbits by injecting autologous blood slowly and gently. Methods Autogons blood was injected into caudate nucleus of rabbit slowly. Comparing the two injection methods by high field MR scanning. The neurologic deficit score were investigated. Results MRI revealed the stable and formula intracerebral hemorrhage in gently injection . Statistics showed significant difference between gently injected and fast injected( P 〈 0.01 ). Neurologic deficit score showed significaat difference between gentle injection ( 10.08 ± 3.23) and fast injection (15.32 ± 2.48)( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion The stable and reproducible intracerebral hemorrhage eonld be made with autologons blood through gentle injection
