通过对赤颊黄鼠等四种鼠的染色体组型分析和头骨比较，可以看出其染色体数目，形状有很大差异，而且头骨也不完全相同，尽管如此，仍可看出它们之间的相关性和相似性．这一结果，为动物的分类可提供一科学的方法．

The comparative study of the karyotypes and skull in the Citellus crythrogenys Brandt and three others,show that it is significantly different in the number and shape of chromosomes and skulls.Even so,we can find the correlativity and similaridy among the four species.The result give a method for the study of taxonomy of animal.
