Degeneration and Rejuvenation of Streptomyces spectabilis Lu 80 2 Strain

将壮观链霉菌Ｌｕ－８０－２突变株的单孢子悬液涂布在淀粉平板培养基上培养，发现其群体模式由三种类型菌落组成，即梅花型、园型和光秃型．所占比例分别为８７．３％，１２．４％和０．３％．梅花型菌落抗菌活性最高，产孢子量最多；园形菌落次之；光秃型菌落没有抗菌活性．采用适中的接种量和石蜡油胶塞封藏法保藏菌种能有效防止菌种退化；马铃薯－燕麦培养基对Ｌｕ－８０－２菌株具有明显的复壮作用．

The population model of Streptomyces spectabilis Lu 80 2 strain consists of three types of colonies:plum blossom,round and bare type.The former had the highest biological activity in all of type.Degeneration of Lu 80 2 strain was prevented effetively by inoculation of just the right amount spore in subculture from slant culture to slant culture and storage with paraffin oil.Its rejuvenation was observated when strain Lu 80 2 was planted onto potato oats flour culture media.
